A Russian apple cake full of lots of juicy Granny Smith apples.

A dairy and egg free carrot cake packed with grated carrots, spices and wholemeal flour for excellent flavour. Topped and filled with a vegan cinnamon frosting.

Almond Citrus Cake (Gluten and Dairy Free)
A lovely moist almond meal cake made with simmered whole citrus fruits (usually Clementine but made with other citrus fruits through the year).
